PRODUCT CHANGES:

In case you wish to change the product you have purchased, you have the option to do so within 7 days from the day you receive your order.

• Changes are accepted if the product is not worn and is in its original condition.
• A change can be made with any product of equal or greater value than the purchase of the product.
• To proceed with the change process, please contact us first.
• The change of products has costs 5 €
• Please send the parcel back to us with the company ELTA Courier Door-to-Door, with which we cooperate, and at the recipient’s expense (ie our own charge). In case you want to send the parcel with a different company, you bear the entire shipping costs, otherwise we will not receive your parcel and it will be returned to you. Shipping costs with the new product are free.

MONEY RETURN:

In case you want a refund you can do so within 5 days from the day you receive your order.

• The amount of the return will be deposited within 5 working days, after we receive the return package, in the bank account you will give us.
• You will need to provide us with the iban or bank account, beneficiary name and bank of the account you would like us to refund.
• Refund costs will be deducted from the deposit amount, which is € 5.
